Let no scholar here insert
     his thoughts on what I’ve said,
and make attempt to thus usurp
     my thoughts for his instead.
If I believed there were a need
     my words be introduced,
necessity I’d have to heed
     and author an excuse.
But this will come, expectedly,
     as quite a shock to you:
my words speak for themselves, you see,
     as all words surely do.
